Egypt is singer/songwriter from London and a connoisseur of music. She writes Soulful House & Garage music. She first shot to fame with my smash hit record 'In the morning’. The track 'In the Morning' came about through a mutual friend who asked Fuzzy Logik and her to work together. Fuzzy Logik produced the track and she wrote the track, we began promoting it on the Radio. Virgin Records signed our single and released it with a Video. She began performing the track 'In the Morning' and it charted number 1 in the Club Charts. She performed 'In the Morning' at the MOBO Awards 2009 and she also performed a second track for the Warchild Charity 'I Got Soul' alongside fellow artist called Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder, Pixie Lott, Ironik, N Dubz, Bashy, VV Brown, Frank Musik, Mclean, & Kid British. We won a MOBO for the Charity. We also Performed on T4 on the beach. The Charity Song Charted Top 5 in the Pop Charts which was a great success for the charity to raise awareness for Young children affected by War. Egypt has headlined at Wembley Arena at the First UK Funky Live Show to an audience of 15,000 people! Awards: She has performed at the Urban Music Awards 2009/2010 & I won 'Best New Comer 2009' Award! I won Best Female 2009 at UK Funky Live Awards. 2010 - My team & I organised an event called 'An audience with Egypt' where my fans got the opportunity to meet and greet me with a Q&A about my career and what’s to come! Industry moguls, radio personalities and celebrities attended the event which was a great success! Channel 4, Brit Asia TV, MOBO's, IUC Ent, Flavour Mag, Kiss FM and Radio 1 xtra all covered the event. 2011 - Fashion: I show cased my first high end luxury fashion brand called 'Eveae West' collection at London Fashion Week A La Mode Show. 2011-2016: Released singles: • Believe • You build me up • Stronger • Changes • I’m not looking back 2016 - Motivational Speaking & Events: I founded 'AATEI' it is an entertainment industry event where industry professionals speak on a panel about their expertise in the business. I saw a gap in the market to help people that would like to be in the entertainment industry by giving them the inside knowledge from the experts that I have worked with, and have helped me in my career. 2016 - TV: I produce & create the content for my new TV Show called 'The Egypt Show'. This show covers red carpet events, celebrity interviews, back stage gossip & live performances. 'The Egypt Show' Aired on Voovix.com with a whopping 1.7 million views interviewing the Love Island cast & including winners Nathan and Cara at the Reality TV Awards. I covered 51st State Festival interviewing DJ legends David Morales, Roger Sanchez, Todd Edwards, Norris Windross, The Basement Boys & MC Frisco. Currently across all Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram views total 2.3 million & counting. I performed my new single 'My everything' live at the Urban Music Awards 2016 & walked the red-carpet. This has currently had 29,558 views on Voovix.com. I performed at Tranzmission Festival to 6000 people on the Sun City Stage and headlined at the UK Funky Festival at Scala. 2017 – Tour: I headlined my first Tour called the 'My Everything Tour'. I performed at the biggest festivals for thousands of fans around the UK. Sportswear brand: 'Egypt Sports’ is a Life style & fitness brand. Which encourages healthy eating & fitness routines. 2018 - ‘Eating With Egypt’ made history when Egypt’s show #TheEgyptShow presents #EatingWithEgypt premiere with #PT @EmileWalker took place at the @wlondonhotel @Whotels in the cinema screening room in London. It was a proud moment for Egypt as she has been working on this project for 3 years now & to Premiere it in front of a select 38 VIPs was an honour for her! 2020 - ‘Changes’ re release during the Lockdown has lifted people’s spirits & has been received well on line, Bounty Killer endorsed Egypt’s Video of Changes on his Instagram & on radio! Rinse fm gave it the Spotlight play on Marcus Nasty’s show!
